• Conduct thorough assessments to formulate evidence-based treatment plans that address client needs, including crisis intervention strategies and behavioral guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by maintaining up-to-date, accurate documentation of patient care and progress reports.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to facilitate accurate diagnoses and treatment recommendations as per clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans, enhancing client outcomes.
• Engage in all necessary licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
• Act as a liaison between clients and community service systems, state agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless access to support resources.
• Foster open communication channels to uphold contract standards and effectively promote our mission within the community.
• Network with local and state organizations to establish partnerships that create opportunities for further engagement and funding.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through attending workshops, participating in statewide meetings, and involving yourself in relevant task forces.
• Embrace our organization’s mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions and service provisions. Other duties and special projects may be assigned by the Clinic Director as needed.

As an LMHC at Be Connected Counseling LLC, you will work with a diverse range of clients seeking assistance for various mental health issues. Our patient population includes individuals facing emotional challenges, substance use disorders, and those requiring support due to developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your role will be crucial in delivering personalized care, fostering recovery, and promoting long-term emotional stability.

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a relevant behavioral health field is required.
• Current LMHC Licensure by the state board is essential to practice.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to maintain clinical records and generate precise reports.
• A collaborative spirit and the capability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong verbal communication skills for expressing complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills based on professional knowledge and ethical standards.

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, particularly in crisis management and behavioral health interventions.
• Experience in developing treatment plans that integrate holistic approaches to mental health care.
