As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, including crisis intervention plans, risk assessments, and behavioral guidelines.
• Utilizing evidenced-based screening tools as part of the clinical team’s workflow to ensure thorough and accurate evaluation.

• Participating actively in the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans in collaboration with other team members.
