  • 8+ years of experience in SCADA/EMS application development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Reliance EMS/SCADA platform.

  • Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Participate in software upgrades, migrations, and new feature implementations.
  • Collaborate with utility operations, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
  • Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with electric utility operations.
  • Knowledge of NERC CIP compliance.
  • Experience with transmission or distribution management systems.
  • Familiarity with EMS network applications such as State Estimation, AGC, or Contingency Analysis.
