• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for adult clients.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate healing and promote mental well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Proactively engage with clients, providing consistent follow-up and support to help them achieve therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.

As a mental health counselor, you will work primarily with adults facing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Your empathetic approach will help clients navigate their personal journeys toward healing and resilience, allowing them to lead fulfilling lives.

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy from a regionally accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of two years of experience delivering clinical psychotherapy to adults.
• Strong written communication skills for effective documentation and treatment planning.
• A clean professional record, free from any disciplinary actions by a licensing board across any jurisdiction.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Experience working in a telehealth environment, familiar with various online communication tools and software.
• Ability to build rapport quickly in a virtual setting, fostering trust and openness with clients.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
