• Provide individual therapy sessions via video chat aimed at improving clients' mental health.
• Guide clients to express emotions and experiences, helping them understand their thoughts, feelings, and relational dynamics.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining and achieving personal goals.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health conditions to formulate and implement effective treatment plans grounded in a solution-focused approach.

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults with low acuity levels, as all individuals are pre-screened before being matched with you. This enables you to create focused treatment plans tailored to their specific needs without the complexities often associated with severe mental health conditions. • Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of a valid, full, and independent license to practice in Connecticut, specifically as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
