• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services through secure virtual platforms, considering each client's individual circumstances and preferences.
• Collaborate with clients to set treatment goals, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their journey.
• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic methods, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques, adapting approaches as needed to suit client needs.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress, session summaries, and treatment adjustments within electronic health record systems.

Our clientele consists of individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups, encountering various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, and relationship issues. By providing remote online therapy, we are breaking geographic barriers, ensuring that clients in Fort Worth, Texas, as well as across broader locations, receive the compassionate care they need.

• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
• A relevant Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Strong empathy and active listening skills, essential for understanding clients' needs and challenges.
• Superior organizational and time-management abilities, allowing for effective case management and client appointments.

• Experience working with a diverse range of mental health issues, preferably within an online therapy environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
• Participation in ongoing training or certifications in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Previous experience facilitating group therapy or workshops via online means is a plus.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
