• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients’ mental health, identifying their needs and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Engage in regular case consultations with multidisciplinary team members to enhance collaborative treatment approaches and improve patient outcomes.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with organizational protocols and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Participate in professional development initiatives and training programs to stay current with best practices in the field of mental health counseling.

This role involves working with a diverse array of clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. You will have the opportunity to deliver culturally competent care and address unique challenges faced by individuals in different demographics. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques and patient interaction.

• Experience and specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for online counseling is a plus.
