What You'll Do
As a Remote Client Success Team Lead, you'll balance client-facing responsibilities with ongoing leadership development.Client Success & Benefits Support

• Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone
• Connect with clients who have requested information about available benefits
• Learn about client needs and answer coverage questions
• Explain supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates
• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up
• Build long-term client relationships through trust and consistent communication
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

Leadership & Team Development
