• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Provide counseling services, including individual and family therapy, tailored to an online outpatient format.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care practices.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring clients are connected with the appropriate resources and support.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other health professionals, to enhance treatment efficacy.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with Tennessee state regulations, ensuring timely updates and accurate patient records.
• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and professional education.

You will work with a diverse array of clients in the Cleveland, Tennessee area, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Our clientele ranges from children to adults, each with unique challenges that require tailored interventions. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding these individuals toward improved mental health and wellbeing.

• Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Tennessee, in good standing, is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential. Preferred candidates will hold a Master’s degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical outpatient or mental health settings is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions is essential.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills that foster trust and build rapport with clients.

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in a community health context.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic approaches (e.g., trauma-focused therapy, substance abuse counseling) are a plus.
• Proficiency in digital documentation and telehealth technology to streamline client interactions and record management.
