• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via video chat, focusing on enhancing their mental health and emotional resilience.
• Encourage clients to openly discuss their emotions, experiences, and relationship dynamics, fostering insight and personal growth.
• Act as an advocate for clients by helping them identify personal goals and navigate their therapeutic journey.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions, creating tailored treatment plans that leverage solution-focused techniques and your clinical expertise.
• Maintain minimal administrative responsibilities by completing required notes and documentation so that you can dedicate more time to client care.

Our clientele primarily consists of stable adults who present with low acuity mental health issues. You will be working with individuals seeking support for challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Each client has been carefully screened to ensure they are ready to engage in a productive therapeutic process, allowing you to focus on meaningful progress and outcomes in your sessions.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Current licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by a state board; limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor to build rapport with clients and foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Proficient computer literacy for seamless navigation of our digital platform and communication with clients.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy in a clinical setting.
• Experience using telehealth platforms for client counseling is a plus.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
