• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs and create personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic interventions.
• Engage clients in therapeutic sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other applicable approaches based on individual needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure high-quality care and patient safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing treatment quality and client outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, fostering understanding and empowerment to support their journey toward wellness.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health to continuously improve therapeutic interventions and client care strategies.

Our clinic serves a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing varying degrees of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to severe psychological disorders. As a therapist, you will work closely with clients from different cultural backgrounds, necessitating a sensitive and adaptive therapeutic approach that respects their unique experiences and needs.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license issued by the state of Arizona.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a strong commitment to solution-focused practices.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting while also demonstrating independence in managing your caseload.

• Experience with telehealth services and electronic health record systems.
