• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using best practices to develop tailored treatment plans for clients. This includes exploring their individual histories, challenges, and strengths.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to provide individualized treatment that meets clients’ needs.
• Maintain a meticulous and confidential record of case notes and clinical documentation, ensuring alignment with HIPAA requirements and maintaining the highest ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance care quality and ensure consistent therapeutic approaches across the team.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options available, promoting empowerment and informed decision-making.
• Stay informed about advancements in the mental health field, integrating the latest research into your practice to enhance client outcomes.

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals coping with depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. • A Master’s degree or a Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• Demonstrated expertise in solution-based therapeutic techniques and an ability to customize interventions to meet the specific needs of clients.
