Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service Representative positions in Corona, CA. Responsibilities:
· Enter and process customer orders accurately, validating pricing, product details, and shipping information
· Manage customer inquiries through Zendesk, responding within 4 business hours and resolving issues end-to-end
· Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, changes, and backorders
· Identify discrepancies and resolve issues using critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Requirements:
· Previous customer service or order entry experience preferred
· Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Zendesk or similar ticketing system experience preferred
