Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments via telehealth to gather pertinent information regarding clients' mental health histories and current challenges. Utilize evidence-based practices and solution-focused strategies to develop tailored treatment plans for individuals.
  • Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other appropriate interventions, adapting these methods to support clients' unique mental health journeys.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that documentation reflects ongoing assessments, treatment strategies, and client progress.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care, sharing insights and strategies to facilitate client progress.
  • Engage in regular case consultations, peer reviews, and continuous professional development meetings aimed at enhancing therapeutic practices and improving patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

Qualifications
