• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental, emotional, and social needs, ensuring personalized care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive client outcomes.
• Maintain precise and confidential electronic health records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights and develop cohesive treatment strategies.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and techniques in social work and mental health to improve your practice continuously.

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our diverse client base requires a versatile approach to treatment, allowing you to apply creativity and empathy in supporting each person's journey toward recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active LICSW license in Massachusetts.
