• Conduct individual therapy sessions via our secure online platform, fostering a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and emotions.

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse clientele experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Therapist at BJC Psychotherapy Services, you will support individuals from various backgrounds, ensuring that their cultural and personal values are respected in the therapeutic process.

• A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field, providing a strong theoretical foundation for clinical practice.
• Current, active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including designations such as LMFT, LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD), ensuring you meet professional competencies to deliver effective therapy.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy, showcasing your capability to establish rapport and foster therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Proficient experience with technology, specifically in conducting remote therapy sessions while navigating digital tools effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that enhance patient interactions and contribute positively to therapeutic environments.
• Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team of like-minded professionals.

Experience working with specialized populations, such as children, adolescents, or those with specific disorders, is highly valued. BJC Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually.
