This role offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or any location that suits your lifestyle. Operating primarily Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, you will have the chance to craft your day-to-day environment while maintaining a structured approach to therapy. • Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on their unique mental health needs and challenges.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and confidential atmosphere where clients feel comfortable discussing their emotions and experiences.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and set therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to their specific circumstances.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that address clients’ specific issues while evaluating their progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment outcomes, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal guidelines.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and various mental health disorders. By providing personalized support, you will help clients navigate their unique journeys towards mental wellness, utilizing a holistic approach that considers their overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Must be fully licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven ability to develop individualized treatment plans and deliver effective therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent virtual communication skills that foster trust and encourage client progress.
• Comfortable using online therapeutic tools and maintaining a client-focused digital environment.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience working with a wide range of mental health issues and client demographics.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and online therapy platforms.
