• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of each client.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans by assessing each client's unique challenges and goals.
• Engage clients in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, utilizing methods suitable for their specific mental health conditions.
• Work closely with fellow healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care and support.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults, teenagers, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will contribute to alleviating emotional distress and fostering resilience among our clients, ultimately enhancing their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, demonstrating competency in therapeutic techniques and practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to actively listen and empathize with clients.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling modalities is a plus, as it aligns with our digital health approach.
• Prior work in a community health setting or with underrepresented populations is desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be an advantage in maintaining clinical documentation.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience.
