This role is completely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. • Conduct individualized mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to develop customized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Assist clients in uncovering insights about their emotions, behaviors, and relationships through engaging dialogue, supporting their self-discovery journey.
• Continuously monitor client progress, offering adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes and healthy coping mechanisms.
• Maintain ethical and compassionate care standards, fostering a supportive client-therapist relationship built on trust and respect.

You will primarily work with a diverse group of stable, low-acuity adults presenting a variety of mental health concerns. Our goal is to equip these individuals with the skills and strategies they need to enhance their quality of life while reducing barriers to effective care. By recognizing the unique backgrounds and experiences of our clients, you can tailor your approach to fit their specific circumstances.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of a full, independent license to practice, including but not limited to:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional or limited licenses are accepted; candidates must have a clean disciplinary record.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, with a sympathetic and empathetic demeanor.
• Proficiency with technology and computer literacy to navigate our mental health care platform effectively.

Experience working in a telehealth setting or familiarity with online counseling platforms will be considered a significant advantage. Additionally, experience in providing therapy to low-acuity client populations may enhance your candidacy for this role.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
