Job Description Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Telehealth Remote (PA Licensed Candidates Only) Overview: Our organization is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a fully remote telehealth opportunity providing psychotherapy to adult mental health and substance abuse patients. This truly flexible, part-time role lets clinicians set their own days and hours, with no fixed weekly schedule and no required evenings. Position Offers: Schedule: Fully flexible - clinician sets their own days and hours, with no fixed weekly hour requirement and no required evening schedule Competitive pay: $55/hour (DOE) Fully remote, W-2 locum position Potential temp-to-perm opportunity Laptop provided for telehealth services Secure telehealth platform access Key Responsibilities: Provide telehealth psychotherapy services to adult mental health and substance abuse patients Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to patient needs Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Complete documentation within the EMR system Manage an active patient caseload based on clinician availability and patient needs Schedule and coordinate patient sessions based on personal availability Qualifications: Active Pennsylvania LCSW license required Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health and/or substance abuse treatment, providing psychotherapy services Telehealth experience preferred, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Must have a private, confidential workspace for patient care Why Join Us: Join a fully remote role built around true flexibility - set your own hours, work from anywhere in the U.S., and make a meaningful impact treating adult mental health and substance abuse patients
