We're seeking engineers to utilize advanced technology in agile settings, with a focus on improving the customer experience for every collector.

We are seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Systems to lead the strategy, execution, and operational excellence of our enterprise technology stack. This role owns the full portfolio of business systems-including ERP, CRM, procurement, and financial satellites-as well as Corporate IT. You will report directly to the CTO and lead a team of 20+ across multiple functions and work out of the office from our Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ location. Hybrid candidates will also be considered, this will be discussed further during the recruiting process.

What You'll Do:

  • Enterprise Systems Leadership: Lead the NetSuite ERP program end-to-end (migration, integrations, stabilization). Lead the design, deployment, and integration of all enterprise systems such as HRIS, Salesforce, Customer Support, etc ensuring they are performant, compliant, and aligned with business goals.

  • IT Operations Leadership: Drive the vision and roadmap for global IT operations, including network infrastructure, end-user support, SaaS systems administration, identity management, automation, productivity and endpoint security.

  • Vendor & SaaS Management: Oversee third-party relationships for IT infrastructure and enterprise software providers. Manage contracts, SLAs, and IT asset procurement for cost tracking, optimization and innovation.

  • Own financial back-office systems (Coupa, Blackline, Adaptive): Lead IPO-readiness and public-company controls maturity across enterprise systems, SOX, financial controls, and audit support in partnership with Finance, Security, and external auditors.

  • Team Development/Management: Lead and empower managers, mentor senior talent, and influence cross-functional leaders to drive organizational alignment and high-impact execution.

  • Lead and champion AI/ML driven initiatives to accelerate innovation and business outcomes.

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems, IT, or business applications leadership

  • Proven track record delivering ERP implementations (NetSuite strongly preferred)

  • Experience leading teams of 20+ across multiple functions (systems engineering, IT support, ERP, business analysis)

  • Deep expertise in financial systems and back-office integrations

  • Strong cross-functional leadership-able to partner effectively with Finance, Legal, People, and Operations

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences

  • Experience with SOX compliance, financial controls, and audit requirements

  • Strong capability to mentor teams on AI/ML adoption and innovation

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $215,800 - $304,200. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
