• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and re-evaluations, gathering relevant client history for personalized treatment planning.
• Deliver structured therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and narrative therapy.
• Implement behavioral strategies tailored to individual client needs, supporting their journey towards self-empowerment and behavioral change.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems to track client progress and outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and team meetings to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Your primary focus will involve working with individuals and couples experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Your ability to create a compassionate and non-judgmental atmosphere will be essential as you guide clients towards achievable goals. • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience providing mental health counseling.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and foster trust in the therapeutic relationship.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) software, facilitating organized and efficient documentation.

• Experience working with couples and families in a therapeutic setting.
• Familiarity with various therapy modalities and a willingness to integrate new techniques into practice.
• A background in community mental health or outpatient settings is advantageous.
• Interest or experience in special populations or specific client issues, such as addiction or trauma-informed care.
