You will work primarily with children, adolescents, and families who are navigating a range of mental health challenges. This includes those struggling with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and more. Your role will focus on building strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust and open communication, essential for effective treatment.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills essential for building rapport and fostering trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to critically assess situations and adapt approaches as necessary.
  • A collaborative mindset, valuing team-based care and supporting colleagues through shared knowledge and experiences.
Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with a diverse client population, particularly children and families facing multifaceted challenges.
