We’re a fast growing DTC bourbon subscription brand looking for a highly execution focused CRO Specialist to own testing and optimization across our conversion funnel.

This is not a traditional design role. We’re looking for someone who can independently spot opportunities, build landing pages in Replo, launch experiments, analyze results, and continuously improve funnel performance through disciplined testing.

What You’ll Own

You’ll be responsible for conversion optimization across the full pre purchase funnel, including:

  • Landing pages

  • Homepage

  • Quiz flows

  • Product detail pages

  • Collection pages

  • Cart

  • Checkout

You’ll take ownership from strategy through execution, including hypothesis development, experiment setup, analysis, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own conversion optimization across the full customer funnel

  • Design, build, and launch landing pages and test variants directly in Replo

  • Develop and prioritize an ongoing A/B testing roadmap

  • Analyze performance data using GA4, Triple Whale, Hotjar, and related tools

  • Define testing hypotheses, KPIs, sample sizes, and success criteria before launch

  • Document insights, wins, losses, and learnings to build a repeatable testing system

  • Optimize post purchase conversion opportunities including upsells, order bumps, and on site email capture

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in CRO, growth, or performance marketing

  • Hands on experience building pages

  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodology, statistical significance, MDE, and conversion analysis

  • Ability to independently manage testing from strategy through implementation

  • Experience working with DTC ecommerce brands

  • Familiarity with key ecommerce metrics including CAC, AOV, LTV, and CVR

  • Strong written English and ability to work asynchronously in a remote environment

Nice to Have
  • Subscription ecommerce experience

  • Experience with Recharge, Klaviyo, or Octane AI

  • Experience optimizing quiz funnels

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
  • 8 to 12 experiments launched and analyzed

  • 12 to 20 landing pages and iterations shipped

  • A documented testing backlog and learning system established

  • Measurable improvement in funnel conversion performance

Compensation & Details
  • $4,000 to $5,000 USD per month

  • Full time remote
