YOUR ROLE 

The Implementation Engineer will support the implementations of new clients and new facilities in CEVA Contract Logistics network.  The Engineer will be responsible for maintaining layouts, ensuring facilities readiness actions are completed, tracking capital investments, and implementing CEVA LEAN and Continuous Improvement Engineering standards.  The Engineer will collaborate with the Implementation project team and local Operations & Facilities teams to ensure all actions are completed on-time and in budget.  

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?  
  

  • Support site setup, facility outfitting, layout execution and process optimization activities in the fulfillment center.  
  • Collaborate with Solution Design and local Operations & Facilities teams to define facility layouts & racking elevations changes.   
  • Maintain AutoCAD layouts.   
  • Implement CEVA standards related to LEAN, Continuous Improvement, Tier Boards, and KPIs.  
  • Partner with the Operations team to propose process optimization projects improve efficiency, safety, & quality, ensure successful execution of projects    
  • Observe operations and ensure Work Instructions are adhered to and reflective of the actual process.  
  • Partner with Project Management and Procurement to ensure equipment and supplies are ordered, tracked, delivered, and implemented on-time and on budget..   
 
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ?
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in warehouse or order management process design and implementation.
  • Strong familiarity with Manhattan WMS and/or OMS platforms.
  • Experience working in 3PL, distribution, or fulfillment environments required.
  • Experience in cross-functional deployment teams preferred.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical and process mapping skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Self-directed and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, MS Office).
  • Willingness to travel to deployment sites as needed.
