Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that encompass clientsโ€™ mental health histories, strengths, resources, and needs, utilizing various tools and methodologies.
  • Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
  • Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each clientโ€™s unique situation, setting clear goals and defining intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment that addresses all facets of a clientโ€™s well-being.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment interventions to comply with ethical and legal standards.
  • Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to foster community support and enhance clientsโ€™ coping skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and more. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in creating customized care plans that foster recovery and resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required for this role.
  • An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
  • At least two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, showcasing your ability to manage complex client situations effectively.
  • A strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
