• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients based on their unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.
• Engage in regular therapy sessions via secure online platforms, providing effective counseling to clients and helping them navigate their challenges.
• Maintain accurate and minimal documentation of client progress and treatment interventions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies and creative solutions tailored to the needs of individuals and families to promote healing and growth.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, staying current with best practices in the mental health field.

Your practice will be focused on a diverse client population across Michigan, including individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Clients are pre-screened to ensure stability and low acuity, allowing you to concentrate on making meaningful connections and facilitating effective treatment outcomes.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must be a fully licensed Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Michigan with no disciplinary actions on your license.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, families, and administrative personnel.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with experience managing your own caseload effectively.

• Experience working in a virtual therapy setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment interventions.
• Dual or multi-state licensure is a plus, enhancing your versatility and client reach.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on experience and hours worked. In addition, you will receive a substantial sign-on bonus upon seeing your first client within two weeks of onboarding.
