P&T Mental and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our esteemed network of professionals. This full-time position offers an opportunity for licensed practitioners to work remotely while providing essential mental health services to clients across Gresham, Oregon, and beyond. The ideal candidate will hold a current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and be equipped to engage with clients through virtual platforms.

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to comprehensively understand clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services via secure online platforms, adjusting techniques to meet clients' evolving needs and preferences.
• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and provide ongoing support, actively engaging them in the treatment process.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness practices, adapting approaches according to individual client requirements.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment outcomes to support effective management and continuity of care.

Our clients represent a diverse demographic, including individuals from different backgrounds, age groups, and mental health experiences. Therapists will work with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges, providing targeted interventions that foster resilience and promote healing.

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients in a remote setting and facilitate a positive therapeutic experience.
• Empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of clients' unique experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage therapy sessions and associated documentation efficiently from home.

• Experience in delivering therapy in a telehealth format, familiar with virtual session protocols and engagement strategies.
• Prior experience working with a range of mental health disorders and diverse client populations.
• Familiarity with different therapeutic approaches and the ability to adapt them to suit individual client needs.

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 annually, determined by caseload and experience.
