• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs, concerns, and objectives of clients, fostering a tailored and effective therapeutic approach.
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions to assist clients in navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma.
• Lead couples and family therapy sessions designed to improve relationship dynamics, enhance communication, and resolve conflicts within family units.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that clearly outline client goals and appropriate interventions, ensuring specificity and measurability.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention support when necessary, offering a calm and effective response to clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, equipping them with coping strategies and resources for ongoing support and healing.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism by accurately documenting client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Adhere to the ethical guidelines of the counseling profession, ensuring informed consent and ensuring client welfare remains a priority at all times.

The South Coast Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
