Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage your specialized industry knowledge to provide critical input and feedback for AI system training and evaluation.
  2. Review, edit, and generate written materials in Word and PDF formats, ensuring content aligns with professional standards in your field (legal, government communications, healthcare, etc.).
  3. Assess the accuracy, clarity, and relevance of technical or domain-specific documents utilized by AI models.
  4. Collaborate with a dynamic remote team to improve model performance and reliability through hands-on assessments.
  5. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and professionally, both in written reports and verbal discussions.
  6. Stay current with trends and best practices within your domain to ensure AI learning remains relevant and up-to-date.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  2. Expertise in a specialized field where professional writing and document review are core components (e.g., legal, government, healthcare).
  3. Experience working with Word and PDF formats for professional documentation.
  4. Minimum 3 years of relevant industry or domain experience.
