Nuclear Medicine Specialist Positions - Northern California

We are excited to announce openings for Nuclear Medicine Specialists in various locations across Northern California, including:

  • Richmond
  • Sacramento
  • Vacaville
  • Walnut Creek

Our organization is among the largest medical groups in the United States, boasting over 9,500 physicians and 22 medical centers, along with numerous clinics throughout Northern and Central California. With a legacy of 75 years in delivering exceptional medical care, we pride ourselves on our advanced, state-of-the-art practice.

We offer a comprehensive range of diagnostic imaging services, which include:

  • PET/CT imaging utilizing multiple tracers
  • General nuclear medicine
  • Nuclear cardiology

Additionally, we provide extensive radionuclide therapeutic services, such as:

  • I-131
  • Ra-223 dichloride
  • Y-90 microspheres
  • Lu-177 DOTATATE
  • Lu-177 PSMA

Our team of nuclear medicine physicians collaborates closely with clinical partners in medical oncology, radiation oncology, and surgery, participating in various multidisciplinary case conferences. There are also opportunities for teaching trainees, including nuclear medicine technologists, medical students, and non-imaging medical residents (internal medicine, podiatry). Leadership roles are available both within the department and beyond.

Requirements:
  • Board certification or eligibility in Nuclear Medicine (ABNM) is essential.
  • Preferred additional board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR).
  • Experience in interpreting PET/CT imaging, general nuclear medicine imaging, and nuclear cardiology studies is required.
  • Experience with radionuclide therapy procedures is preferred.
  • Must be eligible for a California medical license or currently licensed to practice in California.
