Compensation
Base Salary: $125,000 - $140,000
Discretionary Bonus Eligibility Target: 30%
Total Target Cash Compensation: $162,500 - $182,000

Job Summary
The Product Manager - Floway is responsible for driving the strategic growth, profitability, and long-term market leadership of Trillium's vertical turbine pump portfolio. This role operates at the intersection of engineering, commercial strategy, and customer engagement-delivering solutions that support critical water infrastructure, agricultural systems, and industrial applications.
