• Conduct ethical and empathetic individual counseling sessions via video chat, employing evidence-based practices to facilitate client progress.
• Utilize solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy modalities to develop tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.
• Assess clients' needs, providing ongoing evaluations and necessary adjustments to their treatment plans as they progress.
• Facilitate insight development in clients regarding their experiences, feelings, and interpersonal relationships to promote personal growth.
• Help clients implement healthy coping strategies and monitor their progress through regular follow-ups and adjustments to treatment.

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present with various mental health needs. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold a valid, full license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No provisional licenses or records of disciplinary actions will be accepted.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, an empathetic approach to client care, and strong computer literacy are essential.

• Experience in various therapeutic modalities is highly desirable.
• Prior experience working with diverse populations is a plus.
• Familiarity with remote counseling platforms and telehealth services is beneficial.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000, depending on your experience and working hours. Additionally, we offer a substantial sign-on bonus as a token of our appreciation for your commitment to our mission. Full-time counselors also receive a monthly healthcare stipend, along with weekly direct deposit for your convenience.
