IP Resident Engineer – 100% Remote (Anywhere in the USA)
Contract | January 2026 Start | W-2 | $57.14 – $60.71/hr (Pay Rate)
We are seeking an experienced IP Resident Engineer with direct, hands-on Nokia product experience (not just tools). This role supports a major NSA project and requires deep IP networking expertise along with strong customer-facing technical skills.
This is a fully remote role within the U.S. (Candidates must reside in the United States and pass a full background check + drug test.)
The IP Resident Engineer will work closely with the customer’s technical team to:
Design and develop advanced IP network architectures and services
Create and execute implementation and migration plans
Document node configurations and support testing across deployment stages
Troubleshoot complex routing, MPLS, QoS, and traffic engineering issues
Recommend optimizations for network performance, reliability, and availability
Collaborate with Nokia and customer teams to improve features, designs, and serviceability
✔ Previous Nokia experience is mandatory — direct hands-on experience with:

✔ Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science
