Role purpose

Design sustainable owner/operator, service-management and maintenance models for digital and smart-infrastructure investments.

Representative assignment problems

Define NOC/SOC, IT/OT service management, staffing, SLAs/KPIs, maintenance, spares and continuity.

Assess operational readiness, workforce gaps, vendor support and total lifecycle cost.

Translate operating requirements into TOR tasks, budgets, transition and capacity-building plans.

Responsibilities

Produce concise, evidence-traceable inputs for Preliminary Assessments, Project Reports, TORs, independent budgets, schedules and the cumulative Final Report.

Participate in rapid mobilization, remote analysis, quality reviews and international travel when assigned.

Coordinate across technical, country, finance, export, resilience and editorial disciplines; surface contradictions and uncertainties early.

Protect Government, sponsor, customer and candidate information; immediately disclose actual, potential or apparent conflicts.

Minimum evidence-based qualifications

15+ years leading operations for telecom, data center, cyber, utility, transit or public digital systems.

Named operating environments with scale, availability and performance outcomes.

ITIL/service management, asset management, continuity and vendor-management evidence.

International operations and transition experience preferred.

U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident; Axyde will request written confirmation but not identity documents during recruiting.

Ability to support proposal or delivery activity on approximately 20 days' notice, subject to assignment timing.

Strong written English and ability to produce concise Government decision products.

Willingness and ability to travel internationally, including up to three trips of up to ten business days when assigned.
