Part-Time Remote Call Center Agent

Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Part-Time consistent, set schedules of weekdays and one required weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Holidays are required.
Training: 1-2 weeks of paid training before moving to your schedule
Are you looking for a remote role where you can make a difference? notifyMD is hiring Part-Time Remote Call Center Agents to be the friendly, professional voice for our clients. In this fast-paced role, you will handle a high volume of incoming calls, turning stressful situations into positive experiences with your calm and warm demeanor.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Skills: Typing speed of 35+ WPM and strong computer proficiency.
  • Traits: Self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, and excellent at written communication.
  • Experience: Customer Service experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person!

Remote Work Requirements
To be considered, you must have the following:
  • A distraction-free workspace.
  • Windows 10 or 11 PC or Laptop (No Macs/Apple products, Chromebooks, or tablets) that has at least 1GB of storage.
  • Minimum 1600 x 900 screen display resolution (dual monitors preferred).
