Job description

Zero insurance background? That's exactly who this posting is written for - not despite it, but because of it.
How Our Training Program Actually Works
We've built a structured path that takes someone with no prior insurance experience through the fundamentals of how life insurance products work, how to run a genuine client conversation, and how to handle the objections and questions that come up naturally. From there, you move into supervised live calls with a mentor before taking on your full independent workload. This isn't a crash course - it's an actual onboarding pipeline built around people starting from zero.
The Leads You'll Work
Every single lead is warm - inbound or outbound, but always someone who already requested information about life insurance coverage. Cold calling isn't part of this role at any stage. You'll work these leads by phone and Zoom, matching clients to appropriate coverage using our access to 60+ carrier partners.
Compensation, Broken Down
  • Average per sale: $800-$1,200
  • Part-time year-one earnings: $50,000+
  • Full-time year-one earnings: $80,000 to $300,000+
  • Structure: 100% commission, no cap on earning potential

Beyond base commission, there are performance-based incentives for agents who reach certain production benchmarks, and pay is issued on a daily/weekly cadence rather than a delayed monthly cycle.
What's Required to Apply
  • U.S.-based residency
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • A Life & Health insurance license, or genuine openness to getting one through our program - we'll walk you through exactly what's involved

The Honest Pitch
This is real, effort-based work with a genuinely uncapped pay structure, built specifically around people without existing insurance experience. If you're willing to learn and show up consistently, apply today and we'll get you started.
