This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or any location that suits you. You'll conduct all therapy sessions through secure online video chat, eliminating the need for commuting and enabling a flexible work-life balance. • Conduct individual therapy sessions for adult clients, utilizing telehealth technology.
• Employ evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assess and treat a variety of mental health issues.
• Document session notes comprehensively and accurately to track client progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate within a network of therapists to share best practices, offer support, and engage in ongoing professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all ethical standards and organizational policies regarding privacy and confidentiality.
• Follow up with clients to gauge their progress and modify treatment strategies accordingly.

Your primary focus will be working with adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and emotional trauma. You will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals and improve their overall emotional well-being, contributing directly to their recovery and personal growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from a regionally accredited university.
• An active and valid license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to practice as a therapist in your state.
• Minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adult clients.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to document sessions and communicate effectively with clients.
• A clean professional record, free of any disciplinary action from licensing boards.

• Comfort and familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.
• Experience in managing clients through remote engagement and navigating the nuances of virtual therapy.
• Background in trauma-informed care or working within diverse populations.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
