• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to address the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate client feedback and progress assessments.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients explore their feelings, experiences, and relationships, fostering self-awareness and growth.
• Monitor client progress regularly, adapting treatment approaches and helping clients cultivate effective coping strategies.

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a diverse range of mental health challenges. This includes helping individuals navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship concerns. Our goal is to provide these clients with the tools they need to enhance their mental wellness and achieve personal growth.

• A master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• A current, full license to practice independently, allowing you to work without supervision, is essential. Acceptable licenses include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to empathize and connect with diverse clients.
• Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms for efficient session delivery.

Experience in telehealth services is highly regarded, as well as familiarity with various treatment modalities tailored to adult clients. A background in working with diverse populations and managing a caseload effectively can also enhance your suitability for this role.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, contingent upon your hours worked and experience level. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, all designed to support your financial and professional well-being.
