  • Motivation to build and run an independent practice
  • Active FL professional license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PhD in Clinical Psychology)
  • All Fully Licensed members are required to credential with at least 2 of RTG's current insurance partners. 
  • Master’s Degree or higher 
  • Reliable Internet Connection
  • Consistent availability of 15 hours per week
