Zensar is looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Lead with strong expertise in Advanced Collections and Accounts Receivable with Mandatory hands-on experience with Oracle Advanced Collections Telephony/CTI setup and integration. The role involves supporting and leading technical activities related to integrations, extensions, configurations, security, access management, and telephony integrations while working closely with functional and technical teams.

Mandatory hands-on experience with Oracle Advanced Collections Telephony/CTI setup and integration
Act as the technical lead for Oracle EBS applications, with a primary focus on Advanced Collections (IEX) and Receivables (AR).
Design, develop, and support EBS integrations with external and internal systems.
Build and maintain custom extensions, reports, conversions, interfaces, and workflows (RICEW).
Provide technical support for EBS configurations, customizations, and enhancements.
Manage EBS security, roles, responsibilities, menus, and user access.
Support ongoing production issues, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Review technical designs, ensure best practices, and guide development standards.
Assist in upgrades, patches, and system maintenance activities.
Lead and support telephony integration initiatives for Oracle Advanced Collections, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of collector calling capabilities.
Work with business, infrastructure, and telephony teams to implement and support CTI/Telephony integrations, click-to-dial functionality, call logging, and collector workbench integration.
