A remote neurosurgery nurse can increase earnings by gaining specialized certifications, such as neurocritical care or advanced practice licenses, and working for high-paying healthcare organizations or telehealth platforms. Building expertise, taking on additional shifts, or consulting can also boost income, but reaching $300,000 annually typically requires a combination of experience, specialization, and possibly multiple income streams.
