As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Neuro Nurture Support, you will play a crucial role within our clinical team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couple’s therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a wide range of mental health issues.
• Effectively facilitating family therapy sessions, ensuring each family member feels heard and valued during the healing process.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that consider the unique dynamics of each family and individual.
• Assisting clients with issues such as alcohol abuse, communication difficulties, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, job stress, blended family challenges, and adjustment to separation or divorce.
• Monitoring and documenting client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians to provide comprehensive care that encompasses both mental and physical health.

Your practice will focus on a diverse population, including couples, children, and adolescents. You will have the opportunity to support families facing complex issues ranging from behavioral disorders to relational conflicts. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
