Hope Springs Psychiatric Center is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our dedicated team. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible scheduling alongside a healthy work-life balance. You will work from the comfort of your own home, engaging in therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms. This innovative work setting enables you to connect with clients across various demographics, empowering them to navigate their challenges in a familiar, comfortable environment.

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions to clients of all ages through telehealth services.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client strengths, weaknesses, and treatment goals, utilizing various evidence-based assessment tools.
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans rooted in best practices, ensuring they align with each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community organizations, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain clear, concise, and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our electronic health record (EHR) system, complying with HIPAA standards.
• Provide ongoing evaluations and recommendations for adjustments to treatment plans based on client feedback and progress.
• Engage in regular peer consultations and supervision, fostering professional development and improving the quality of care provided.

You will work primarily with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Our approach emphasizes culturally competent care, understanding the unique needs of each individual, and applying tailored interventions to foster their healing and growth.

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Hold a full, unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions will be accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to make clinical evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation decisions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
• Proficiency in using technology for client management and telehealth services.

• Previous experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable.
• Experience working with a diverse clientele in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of specific evidence-based treatments and modalities relevant to common mental health concerns.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
