This full-time Mental Health Counselor position provides a 100% remote work environment, allowing for flexibility and a supportive work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, setting the groundwork for effective treatment.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the assessment findings and align with clients’ goals and aspirations.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.
  • Continuously monitor and document clients' progress, ensuring treatment plans are adjusted based on efficacy and client feedback.
