• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively in a virtual setting.

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly desirable.
• A background in community health settings, working with varied populations and understanding the dynamics of remote therapy.
• Competence in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation purposes.
