Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while engaging with a diverse client population. You'll be an essential part of an outpatient treatment model, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care approaches effectively. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual and group counseling sessions to clients, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to their specific needs.

  • Provide support and guidance to clients and families facing financial, social, or emotional challenges related to mental health.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and remain current on industry best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of clients and the organization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders. Your role will significantly impact their journey toward recovery, resilience, and overall mental wellness, making your expertise in navigating complex emotional landscapes crucial to their success.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid independent license in your state (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program is essential.
  • Ability to maintain a non-judgmental, empathetic demeanor while engaging with clients from all backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working independently and adhering to care plans, as well as following verbal and written instructions closely.

Compensation and Benefits
