Senior Project Manager - Strategic Programs (Remote)

Are you an experienced Project Manager who excels at leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives? We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to partner with executive leadership, drive business transformation, and lead complex cross-functional programs from planning through execution.

Position Details

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complex strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.

- Partner with executive leadership to translate business strategy into actionable execution plans.

- Manage multiple cross-functional programs involving business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.

- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Drive organizational change while improving operational efficiency and business performance.

- Build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and influence decision-making at all levels.

- Facilitate executive meetings, steering committees, and cross-functional planning sessions.

- Anticipate project risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful project delivery.

- Mentor project leaders while promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.

- PMP Certification required.

- 12+ years leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.

- 5+ years leading geographically dispersed project teams.

- Experience leading ERP, ERP workstreams, or WMS implementation projects.

- Proven success delivering enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives.

- Extensive experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing stakeholders in highly matrixed organizations.

- Strong background leading organizational change and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or Master's Degree.

- ITIL Foundation, CCMP, or Prosci Certification.

- Experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, or Food Service industries.

- Experience with business process redesign, operational excellence, or Lean methodologies.
