  • Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and adaptability to learn new technologies, work effectively both independently and in a team, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support continuous improvement in the process and quality of the operations.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Director of IT or the Director of Engineering.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Systems Administration on the Windows platform, including user/security management, file system administration, and patch management. (Familiarity with Linux is a plus).
  • 5+ years managing and remediating endpoint protection and security systems.
  • 3+ years of experience configuring and maintaining business-class networking equipment, including:
  • Firewalls (NAT/PAT, routing, access rules, VPNs).
  • Managed switches and VLANs.
  • Strong working knowledge of radio broadcast automation systems such as Wide Orbit, RCS Zetta, and Nexgen.

Additional Experience Considered A Plus:

  • Experience with Google Workspace management.

  • Ability to work remotely, under pressure, and meet strict deadlines. A company computer will be provided.
  • Ability to be on-call after hours on a rotation schedule.
  • Willingness to travel is a plus.

Preferred:
