Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate is an energetic communicator with a consultative approach who can identify customer needs and recommend solutions that include document scanning, digital conversion and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through phone, email, networking, and industry events.

Conduct discovery meetings with potential clients to understand their document management challenges and goals.

Present solutions that include scanning services, document management software, workflow automation, and electronic forms.

Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing quotes, and sales presentations.

Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities for software modules, services, or upgrades. 

Collaborate with technical and operations teams to develop scopes of work for proposals and ensure smooth project delivery.

Coordinate pickups with logistics department and help get records in house

Assist IT department in coordinating demonstrations of document management software

Maintain accurate activity and opportunity records in the company CRM.

Assist the accounting department in managing upcoming receivables, past due invoices, and general account management

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

Qualifications

2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software, IT services, or business process outsourcing.

Strong understanding of sales cycles in the public sector or SMB markets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through on commitments.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

Knowledge of document management systems or enterprise content management concepts.

Experience selling to local or state government agencies.

Familiarity with workflow automation or electronic forms software.
