Who You Are
The Manager, Network Security plays a pivotal role in safeguarding our clients' critical data and network infrastructure by overseeing and managing the network security team within our Cybersecurity department. They are responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive network security strategies, conducting periodic assessments, responding to security incidents, and cultivating strong relationships with vendors and partners. - Direct and motivate a team of network engineer professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to protect our clients' network infrastructure.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop network engineer staff: Identify, assess, and hire top-tier network talent, providing comprehensive training and mentorship to foster a high-performing team.
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network security devices, including but not limited to Barracuda, Fortinet, and Palo Alto Networks
